her love for reading makes me happy!

"happy" is an understatement - i've Excited, Amazed and Ecstatic over it! :)

it happened since early this week when she dug out the loads of Joy Reader books which i've read to her (only a few of Level 1) when she around 2 years old. and since she found out how 'easy' it was to read as she knows a few of the words, she kept going and going and going...

and she loves reading them out loud and will only stop at words which she is unfamiliar with, and waiting for me to read it out for her. for some of the higher level books, she will ask me to read them for her. usually she'll say : "Ok mamii, you read this, i quiet".

i hope her love for reading is not only a 'phase' they go through at this age... hopefully she will continue to love reading, be it for academic purpose or otherwise.

meanwhile, i'll just continue to indulge in this little new-found happiness! :)
