day out at TPY HDB Hub

we went for our flat selection under e-SER in the afternoon with mon cherie and my FIL. he came to see the layout and took care of mon cherie while we were engaged with the officer during the process.

since it was only the 3rd day of selection and we were no. 7 in the queue, we managed to get the unit which we had earlier shortlisted. during the 20mins processing, mon cherie was a busy little bee, buzzing and walking up and down the aisle in the office and even 'knocked' on a few panels to get the attention of the officers working there!! FIL had to do quite a bit of bowing & apologizing while pulling her away but she had a mind of her own!



anyway, here's the new flat that will be ready for us to move in FOUR years later! (GASP!!)

chloe: "ohh... so this is where i will be staying in 4 years time... very TALL hor..."

and more walking in the hub... and she was very glued to the media projection on the floor.


and next up, was the most heart-aching experience for me coz my darling mon cherie fell (face down, smacked flat onto the concrete floor) while walking in front of FIL. i rushed to pick her up since FIL just stood there and still can jokingly say "aiyoh, fall again ah, why dun know how to walk properly" (GRRRRR BIG TIME!!!!)

worst part was that when i picked her up, her forehead was bruised, even part of her nose and OMG her mouth was bloody! i quickly grab the wet wipe and clean her face and ended up with 3 pieces of blood-soaking wet wipes and 1 pack of tissues soaked in tears, both hers and mine!

there's a lot more if i want to vent out here but to cut it short, i was fuming MAD and VERY UPSET after that. i kept holding her closely and refuse to even let hb carry her until finally mon cherie got sleepy and we place her in the pram to nap while enroute to MIL's place.

when she woke up about an hour later and we reached MIL's place, i took out her pacifier and OMG it was still covered with blood!! told hb we should bring her to PD and he said no need and that it will heal later on. was again upset but since mon cherie was back to her cheerful mood, i just kept my cool and check on her every 20mins like a paranoid monster.

here's my poor baby... see the slightly round patch on her forehead with bits of reddish dots and another dot on her nose? really really really heart pain...
