went for my dietician check up today - did meal planning to increase my pregnancy wt (it was below 6kg when she wt me today!) and to reduce/monitor my glucose (blood sugar) level.
what i'm happy to do --> increase one afternoon snack daily :)
what i dread i can't achieve --> no more sweet cravings!
Argh.... may need to cast a spell to get this one done... coz i WILL get irritated if my drinks are not added with a teaspoon of condensed milk!
