Aug Long Weekend

It's the National Day weekend... le.sigh...

I kinda dread long weekends coz I sometimes have NO idea how to deal with the kids, house-keep, do endless chores, cook, etc etc etc single-handedly and alone.  but i digress...

to kick start - i brought them to happy land a.k.a playground after breakfast.

after that, i kept them indoors with lots of DVDs and coloring and let them have their own activities in the playroom while i hurried to cook and clean and what else is NOT new?!

afternoon nap started late and ended late as well (thank goodness!) and by the time they woke up; it was dinner time and no more "GOING OUT".

it sounded a litte MEAN, i know... but sometimes this is ALL i can handle by myself.  i WILL try to bring them out to far-far away places (meaning somewhere out of this 鸟不生蛋的地方) the next time... maybe, just maybe... it will work.

God, give me strength and while doing that, please also give them OBEDIENCE!
