it started early last week when gaby had his fever; which we all concluded it was due to his teething. and later that week, he developed rashes (which was normal post-fever) which turned ugly; with big red spots that looked very much like chicken-pox but without the fuild-filled blisters.

chloe started vomitting early saturday morning but was ok thereafter, continued playing and eating well. but by early afternoon, her fever kicked in and hit a high of 38.2C and was given ibuprofen and rested.
yes, this was how she rested... just look at her towkay neo legs! :p

anyway, her fever continued to climb and she was getting cranky and coughing. we then rushed both kids to KKH for a thorough check and was later diagnosed by the MD as having contracted HFMD.
what puzzled us was the source that infected our stay-at-home son; who later passed on the virus to chloe.
anyway, with both kids down with HFMD, i'm sure the house will be super-rowdy this week. but on a brighter side, gaby will enjoy having his sister around during the day as he gets to
