gaby @ elevan (1 1) months

gaby is into his final one month before he turns ONE... and he has grown so much and achieved so much as well.

some of his major milestones:
* baby steps... or RUN? - yes, he's taking lots of baby steps now, all unassisted and he can take like 5 steps all by himself before he grab hold of support or just fall on his butt. and when we held his arms up, he will tend to want to RUN instead of walk!

* learning his A-B-C - apart from saying mama and papa clearly, he is getting more affluent in saying other little words; ie. ap-pa (for apple), bbee (for quite a number of stuffs such as Bus, Ball, Bee, Bear, Boy, Bird, Book... all his favourite stuffs, no doubt !) as for C, well, he can just come as close as SSSSSSs......

* brave-heart attitude - which for him means being GARANG almost all the time in his stunts to get to where he wants to be; specifically from the lower bed/sofa/masterbed/small stool/etc to the floor - where he will 'butt-leap' his way down. 1st attempt saw him fell flat on his face and cried... but thereafter, he will do it slightly slower but still butt-leap down to the floor!

* spidy's protege - yes, he wants to CLIMB... the coffee table, his toy storage (those ikea storage with steps... grrr) and the main door's grill gate! and of course, he climbs onto mommy, aunty M and grandma ALL the time!

* clap-clap-clap - if you're happy and you know it... you know the rest... he's most happy when being sang to or when watching his favourite Hi5 VCDs... and he will keep shaking his head left and right (even i felt giddy looking at him doing it!) showing his happiness!

and last but not least...

* potty-training in progress - he's doing his BIG business on the adult toilet bowl; on the adult toilet seat! he has out-grown (read: decided NOT wanting to) the little kiddie potty. ah... big boy liao mah...

and some things are not progressing... no sights of new pearlie whites apart from the current 6. but he's drooling and biting lots and we do expect to see more in the coming months, hopefully!
