she finally did it!

after bouts of crying and whining and with me squatting next to her, chloe finally poopep into the toilet bowl last nite...

it was a BIG achievement for ME - mainly cause after so many rounds of squatting and encouraging and trying previously (not forgetting having to smell her farts occassionally... hee hee), i finally get one result. i'm sure it is still a long long way to go before she becomes totally toilet-train... but i'm keeping my fingers' crossed that it will not take AGES.

what about potty-training and diaperless-training?
i've actually started her on potty-training quite some months back. and only recently did we managed to get chloe to 'sit' on the potty but so far, there was no result - she only sat on the potty for like, 2 minutes... basically just to amuse/please us and then she'll happily proclaimed that she 'finish oyedi'. and few moments later, she will be pooping in her diaper while standing up...

she has tried wearing training pants before... but again, she will tell me she wants to 'shhee shhee' after she had wet herself. i guess it was not time yet for her to go diaperless, hence the training pants went back into the storage drawer.

but for now, i'm happy that at least she DID poop in the toilet bowl... and she was happily clapping when i told her what a great job she did after we flushed the toilet together. hopefully the next time round, she won't cry that loud (ear-piercing lah, I cannot tahan!) and more willing to poop with me STANDING next to her instead of squatting.

but first, i must get a toddler toilet seat cover! :)
