mommy's note: constipated lot

oh dear, both my babies have constipation problem!

chloe had another bout of bad constipation after trying for almost half an hour to poo.
mommy helped 'dig' out some of her poop but it was the immense pain that made mon cherie gave up trying... and how she cried and sweat while kept waving 'no more' even when mommy & daddy tried to persuade her to continue. sigh... if only we could help!!!

and my dear gaby boy is another one who poo once every FOUR days.
imagine how sticky & smelly his poop are! eewwww....

i really need to find more ways to make both of them have smoother bowel movements.
just hope i wun end up getting constipated myself trying to solve their problems! :D
