she's ok without us

we left mon cherie at home with my parents this morning before 8am - she was still in bed when i sneaked out for my blood test at the clinic and hubby had left earlier for work.

i called home an hour after i left to check the situation at home, a little worried that she might still be crying non-stop looking for either me or hubby. but surprisingly, she didn't even asked for EITHER one of us when she got up from bed.

mom said she was very well-behaved and was enjoying herself with my dad with her gibberish talk, dancing and singing. i could even hear her laughing in the background but decided not to talk to her, in case she 'realised' i was missing if she heard my voice.

when i got home at 11am, mon cherie was already having her morning nap. dad said mon cherie fell asleep shortly after he put her on our bed and she just suckled her pacifier and play around with her beanie pillow. suddenly she was such a well-behaved girl at home and she's ok without US around.

and it got me thinking, maybe my gal is showing signs that she's ready for childcare afterall.
hmm... just maybe...
