unfortunately, mon cherie was very uncooperative during her last lesson - she cried whenever the teacher spoke to her and was fidgeting to get away from daddy.
half way through, daddy brought her out as her cries were disturbing the other 3 boys in class.
after getting a hug from mommy, she headed straight for the legos again - and mommy let her play for 5mins and then went in for the rest of the class with her.
true enough, she cried BIG tears whenever the teacher looked her way! gaaahhhh....
the rest of the 45mins with mommy, mon cherie managed to participate in a few activities while sitting on mommy's lap (she refused to sit in the chair) and of course, had her bouts of at least 4 cries in between and was distracted by the other boy (he had a very loud voice and kept running around!) in class.
today's lesson were mainly on the followings:
1. learning the alphabet G g and H h
2. asking questions on "Where?"
3. differentiating 'More' and 'Less'
4. learning the 12 calendar months, ie. Jan - Dec.
5. identifying types of transportation in Land, Sea and Air.
some photos to share ...
finally, FREEDOM.....
her japanese teacher Chenko-Sensei asking for a hug but getting a hi-5 from mon cherie instead.
mommy was impressed with one of the boys who sat through the whole class and was very attentive to the teacher. he was also able to follow his mommy's instructions and read out thew words/numbers correctly whenever he did the activities.
after a quick discussion with daddy, we decided this program may not be suitable for mon cherie at this present moment - plus the fact that with the arrival of baby G next month, it may be difficult to commit her attendance for next term. guess mommy will just have to be a little bit more hardworking in going through the flashcards with mon cherie at home! :D
