we had teachers Chel and Yvonne this morning and a group of 8 other toddler friends for mon cherie to get to know. and for today, we're learning about Carrots!!
here are some shots of the class in motion... starting with some physical warm-up with the tapping song. next to me is teacher Chel and the toddler next to her is Ollie; she has such nice long hair, just like her pretty mommy!
pasting my photo on the board - i'm the 1st to do that today! :) and also getting a carrot from teacher Chel while Kyle (left) and Campbell (right) wait for their turns.
now that we have the 'carrot' in our hands, it's time to do the hockey-pockey with the veggies!
teacher Chel is holding Logan and mommy likes his big big eyes!
these are the cutie rabbits/hares that are asleep in the mystery basket before teacher Yvonne woke them up with her thunderous voice! muahahaa...
time to get down and dirty with arts and craft... and finally participating after the initial few fake cries... it was fun playing with the brush, the sticky glue and pieces of carrots in all shapes and sizes!
engrossed in doing up my own masterpiece...
see daddy helping me and getting sticky glue all over.... :)
and here's my masterpiece... with the help of daddy and mommy of course! :)
after a quick wash-up and snack time, we had some more physical fun!
mon cherie looked so 'steady' here... but in actual fact, she was scared stiff of the croc seesaw and was pleading with daddy and teacher Chel to let her get off! :p
and next she ventured by herself to play balls... it seems she's into 'throwing' now coz this seem to be her favourite!
teacher Chel mentioned that there might be waterplay if the weather is good. ooh... i'm sure mon cherie will be looking forward to this Sat's class!
