overall, we would rate it is passable - of mon cherie's acceptance to the new food adventure. mommy kept reminding mon cherie to 'chew properly before swallowing as it was fried rice that was being served, not her usual porridge.
after dinner, we heard some loud commotion outside and went to (kaypo) have a look at what's happening. guess why is mon cherie so fixated with?
ah... it's the 'God of Fortune' (财神爷) making his rounds at the basement!
mr. "财神爷" with his bodyguards... muahahaha...
when mr. "财神爷" passed us by, he gave mon cherie some 元宝 candies and even pinched mon cherie's cheeks! *wah piangz* mommy's first thought was to distract mon cherie before her loud siren of wails blasted the God of Fortune... but to her surprise, mon cherie just STARED at him and then looked at the candy!! daddy, on the other hand, was steady as usual and only commented that we should go buy 4D/Toto with this sudden encounter with mr. "财神爷" [=_=]
we later ventured back to the old JP (not the new extension which was super-crowded) and went to taste some of the CNY goodies/cookies on offer.
mon cherie was obviously in a good mood and a good appetite - as she wanted to taste the cookies as well! kept saying 'mum mum' whenever she saw mommy has a piece of cookies/love letter in her hand and will even grab mommy's hand her way!
oh dear... i think for this coming CNY visiting, she will be known as the greedy little piglet who kept pointing to the cookies/cakes and demand to be fed with her loud "MUM MUM!!!!"
