she was cruising a lot yesterday but today, she managed to take bewteen 8 ~ 10 baby steps without any support. it was such a wonderful experience to see her try her best; moving from the coffee table to the dining chair, or towards me or her daddy. sometimes almost tripping over and at times, rushing faster than she could control as she leaned forward. and she did it repeatedly and with a big wide smile everytime she reaches her destination. :)
and the funny thing was, when she achieved her goal by herself, she will blabber a little louder, as if to say: "wah, heng ah i didn't fall... and i did it!" while looking to us for affirmation and approval.
i'm just so proud of her in her new found 'adventure'... and i'm sure before long, she will be walking by herself. (good news for me coz i will have less back-aches, hiak hiak hiak...)
