today, mommy brought them out again - for chloe, it was another 'new toy' for the long weekend and she tried doing it - this time round, there was better progress though initially her 'cannot do' mentality cropped up numerous times. but she felt glad when she finally manages to complete it.
well, these are only 20pcs puzzles but at least it gave her (and mommy) personal time to do it on her own. she wanted to progress to the 40pcs puzzle but mommy felt it was not time yet - as she still need some time to complete the puzzles by herself (mommy had to help her to get the puzzle borders started) and when she's ready, the 40pcs puzzle will be another good challenge for her.
and yes, mommy cut chloe's fringe later that day as it was just too long (and irritating!) and poking her eyes and covering half of her face.
but oops, it turned out that mommy cut an inch too short.
never mind lah, hair will grow... :D
