gaby @ 3 months

le precious gaby has finally reached 3 months today!

having spent time with him alone for the past couple of weeks has made me appreciate the life of a SAHM. no matter how stressed and tired i felt at the end of the day, the thought of a happy and contented sleeping baby in the cot at night just made every little aches and pains and tireness worthwhile.

his tiny milestones thus far:

* follow objects (with sounds) with his eyes and will turn his head to the direction of where the sound comes from.

* will turn to search for mommy when she leaves his sight (read: radar) and eventually cries out loud to get her back!
* realizing his fists are so.... yummiliciuos that he just gotta lick them in between feeds! :p

* having cool conversations with family members by making his presence known via cooing, funny noises (sounds like giving out a very SIANZ sigh), crying, screaming his lungs out and occasionally a few coughs (fake ones some more!).

* likes to give mommy his cutest toothless grin when mommy gives him a post-bath massage - he must be thinking : "ahhh... shiok ah, mommy...." hee hee heee...

* apart from his full-body smile, he will also gives out a few chuckles whenever mommy makes funny faces/noises or nuzzle his little tummy with her nose! (ahh... who can resists the smell of a freshly bathed baby!)

* exercising his body (especially his arms and legs) whenever he's in the netted bouncer, during pre & post-bath times and prior to feeding time - he sure can box and kick assess with those tiny fists & feet!

* last but not least, he enjoys getting patted on the head by his jie jie or the many many butterfly kisses she planted on his cheeks when she comes back from childcare. :)
