let's start with a good warm up session.
straighten and relax both legs, repeat 10 times.
slowly bend both legs towards the tummy; use your hand to hold the tip of your toes...
with both hands firmly holding onto the toes, gently raise the legs up straight slightly apart from each other
then gently release both hands and hold the raised legs in that position for 10 seconds
and finally lowered both legs (without hand support) slowly down to the original position.
do this 3 times a week and 10 sets each and in 6 weeks time; mommy will have a toned tummy!
but do take note of the DON'Ts...
1. DON'T get distracted with the hunk lying next to you
2. DON'T get itchy gums and starts nibbling on your socks... yucks! :D
